MS Commerce Server Gotcha's

What are some things that got you when setting up a Commerce Server eStore?

• Honestly, the main thing that got me was the lack of documentation upon launch. We were early adopters during and right out of beta, and though we thought the API was fairly self explanatory, there was very little documentation on the other components, such as the Pipelines, Web Services, etc.
